RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Anyone wishing to speak, please raise your hand. After recognition, address your comments to the Chair. Comments must relate to the pending agenda item. By Board rules, audience and Board members can have up to two (2) turns to speak on a topic. Those speaking should be concise and limit comments to one (1) minute per turn. Those giving reports should limit their reports to three (3) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices. 
NOTES: This Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (Chapter 92, HRS), specific issues not listed on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless properly added to the agenda.

2. THREE (3) ABSENCES LETTER. Consider whether to remove member and declare seat vacant; Sec. 2-14-106, Neighborhood Plan.

9. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Thursday, March 1, 2018, meeting. Please submit written corrections beforehand in the interest of time. Draft minutes are published at www.honolulu.gov/nco/boards. Contact the Neighborhood Commission Office (NCO) for official/approved minutes.

10. NEW BUSINESS
a. Designation of Board Representative for Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization Citizen Advisory Committee, regarding transportation issues.
b. Establish Permitted Interaction Group for site visit to tour Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility.
c. Recess. The Board can choose one (1) more month to recess through June 2018, and three (3) months to recess between July 2018 and June 2019. Recesses do not have to be utilized. 
d. Department of Customer Services’ response to identified issues regarding removal of abandoned vehicles in neighborhood.
e. Hale Mahana Student Housing project and issues over Kahuna Lane (private street) access and improvements. 

11. HOUSEKEEPING & ANNOUNCEMENTS
a. Pertinent material arriving after the agenda deadline
b. Spectrum channels update: the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs issued Decision and Order 372 to keep all Hawai‘i community access linear channels in their current locations on Spectrum until 2036. Note that ‘Olelo channels will not be renumbered.
c. Reoccurring:
i. ‘Olelo Broadcasts of the McCully-Mo’ili’ili Neighborhood Board meetings are on Channel 49 on the following schedule: 3rd Friday of the month at 9:00 p.m., and the 2nd and 4th Sunday at 3:00 p.m. (video archive at www.honolulu.gov/cms-nco-menu/site-nco-sitearticles/1657-board-meeting-video-archive) 
ii. Bulky item pick-up: 3rd Monday each month (see schedule at www.opala.org). Note that routes can take three (3) to four (4) days to complete.
